Rental Rates
Delivery Charges
Wheelchair Van Rental Delivery/Pickup charges are $50.00 within a 25 mile radius of Missoula (total cost covering both pickup/delivery). Outside the 25 mile radius of Missoula the delivery charge will be $2.05 per running mile for each delivery and pickup.
Mileage Charges
Wheelchair Van Rental fees include 100 free miles per day, accumulative. Any additional mileage above and beyond this allotment is charged at $0.35 per mile.
Additional Charges
Montana State charges a 4% tax on motor vehicle rentals. This charge will be computed on and added to the total rental rate and mileage rate. The tax does not apply to the delivery charge or additional equipment. There is a $100.00 refueling fee if the van is not returned with a full tank of gas.

A major credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) is required to secure your wheelchair ramp van reservation.
Service Animal Policy
Additional Drivers
There is no charge for additional drivers, but they must also provide proof of proper insurance coverage, valid driver’s license and be listed as a driver on the rental agreement.

Smoking
Our vehicles are nonsmoking. Smoking in our vehicles will be subject to cleaning and damage charges.
Hours of Operation
A&M Mobility is open Monday-Friday 8-5, weekends and evenings by appointment.
- Daily Rate - $175.00 per day.
- Weekly Rate - $165.00 per day.

- Must have a valid driver’s license throughout the duration of the rental period.
- Must provide proof of proper Insurance coverage (comprehensive collision coverage which includes coverage for driving a rental vehicle) valid throughout the duration of the rental period.

- Service animals are the ONLY animals allowed in our vehicles.

- Additional equipment is available on a limited basis.
- Tie downs are free of charge. However, there is an additional charge for navigational systems and infant seats.

Cancellation Policy
- 48 hour notice is required to cancel a wheelchair ramp or lift van reservation.
- Reservations not canceled within this time period will be charged for 1 day rental at the daily rate.
